Group Classes

Group classes are a vital part of your training journey with your dog, allowing for weekly support from both your instructor and your classmates.

We offer several classes in indoor and outdoor locations in Corvallis and Albany.

Currently offering:

  • **Training Games

    Incorporate fun and excitement into your dog's practical skills to improve their focus and ability to settle in exciting environments. Dogs must be comfortable around other dogs and people at a distance of 30’.

    Start Sun., 1/25 @ 2pm

    **Dealing with Distractions

    Acknowledging and dismissing distractions is a large part of your dog's life. Learn protocols and strategies for preparing them to handle difficult situations.

    Start Sat, 1/24 @ 2:30pm

  • One-day, 45 minute sessions to focus on specific skills. Times & locations vary in Corvallis/Philomath.

    These will be back in February!

  • Adolescence is a rough time to teach obedience. Instead, focusing on concepts like patience, asking permission, and agency allow for flexibility in your training. Social skills with classmates, both human and canine, are directly addressed in this 5-week class.

    Start Sun., 1/25 @ 12pm

  • Starter skills for pups and people! This is a great first class for a new dog or young puppy. Learn the language of marker training, read your dog’s body signals, & build their desire to engage with you!

    Skills covered: eye contact, touch, down, settle/mat & introduction to props (harness, nail clippers, etc), & more!

    INDOOR CLASS held in Corvallis

    Start Sunday, 1/11 @ 6:15pm

  • Building on the foundation skills your dog has, this class is held outdoors and is specifically aimed at success around distractions.

    Foundation skills, Level 1 completion not necessary, but dogs & handlers must have familiarity with marker & positive reinforcement training.

    Classes are held in Philomath/Corvallis.

  • It’s our very own canine social club!

    Enjoy weekly opportunities to practice our version of a Pack Walk. We utilize rehearsed protocols and predictable outcomes to enhance your dog’s social skills. Walks are held on hiking trails, in dog-friendly stores, and in public parks.
