Puppy Play!
Puppy-inclusive activities are a great way to get you and your puppy working together early. Puppies are required to have received their first round of vaccinations to attend.
Puppy Play sessions are intended to provide a safe, predictable environment for your puppy to encounter novel items, surfaces & objects as well as meet other puppies and people.
Novel experiences are paired with food, play & praise. Calm-down time plus plenty of opportunities to ask questions are included!
Play sessions are kept short (45 minutes) and is carefully monitored by certified & experienced instructors to ensure good play matches.
We conduct play sessions most Sundays in Corvallis at the West Hills Healing Center, near Winco.
Registration is required. Purchasing a package of four sessions is encouraged for continuity, though single sessions are available.

Puppy Training!
These sessions are ultra-short (30 minutes) and are dedicated to teaching your puppy important skills in a training format. There is no play during these sessions. We practice responding to their name & positive interrupters, positive body-handling associations, sound desensitization, how to play tug, and more!
Handlers are taught to utilize a marker-reward system using a clicker or verbal marker signal, how to directly teach their puppy skills, and how to actively reinforce good behavior from your puppy during a normal day. Of course, we will also teach you how to discourage unwanted behaviors and set your puppy up for success.
